Privacy

The launch path collects only the information needed to review and scope a project. Sensitive client material waits for a written boundary.

Last reviewed July 10, 2026.

What the inquiry collects

The project form collects a reply email, what is stuck, what should exist when the work is done, and optional current-state link, budget range, and target date.

The launch form does not accept file uploads. Do not submit passwords, private keys, health records, customer data, or confidential source material.

How the information is used

Inquiry information is used to review fit, prepare a written scope, prevent duplicate delivery, and protect the form from abuse. It is not sold or used to train a model.

Connection metadata may be processed temporarily for rate limiting and security. It is not included in the inquiry email by default.

Service providers

The planned production stack uses Cloudflare for domain and edge services, Railway for application hosting, and Resend for inquiry delivery when configured. A written scope or payment may use additional providers named before use.

The launch build does not intentionally load analytics, advertising, session replay, or social tracking scripts.

Retention and deletion

If no project begins, inquiry content is intended to be removed within 90 days unless a shorter deletion is requested or a security or legal need requires temporary retention. Project, invoice, tax, and contract records follow the written agreement and applicable recordkeeping duties.

A production data-retention check remains part of the launch gate. The policy will be updated before another processor or tracking system is added.

Request access or deletion

Send the reply email used in the inquiry and identify the record you want reviewed or removed. Identity may need to be verified before a record is disclosed or deleted.
